Hyperion is led by highly skilled real estate professionals, each contributing their deep and wide ranging experience. The core team has worked together for over 15 years and developed Hyperion's large scale development projects. The team has reconstituted after spending recent years in key leadership roles at prominent development firms in New York City, South Florida and California.
ROB VECSLER
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rob has led the acquisition and development of over 5 million square feet of residential and mixed-use real estate in New York and South Florida including over 1500 residences and a proprietary branded residence management platform.
Rob was part of the leadership team at globally renowned Silverstein Properties in New York, where he served as President of Residential Development, Head of Acquisitions and member of the firm’s Investment Committee. At Silverstein, Rob oversaw billions of dollars in acquisitions and development including the 82 story Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in TriBeCa, One West End at Riverside, the Disney/ABC Studios site at Central Park West, an office building on Manhattan’s west side re-positioned for life science, and sites on Manhattan’s far west side, Queens and Jersey City involving the rezoning and planning of millions of square feet of residential development. Rob also launched and led Silverstein’s $500 million Opportunity Zone Fund.

DEAN LOISEL
FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT
Dean leads Hyperion's Finance and Development efforts. He is a skilled executive with over 17 years experience executing complex projects. Most recently Dean was a lead executive at Zephyr Partners, a development and investment firm based in Southern California, where he led over $1 billion in acquisitions and development of residential, commercial, hotel and other mixed use properties for the firm. Prior to Zephyr, Dean served as Vice President of Finance for Faena Group in Miami in its development of the $800 million Faena Hotel and Residences on Miami Beach. Since 2006 and prior to Faena, Dean was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Hyperion, leading the firm's development and investments in South Florida.
Dean received his BA in Accounting from Michigan State University followed by his MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Prior to earning his MBA, Dean practiced public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant.

JORDAN THALER
INVESTMENTS AND DEVELOPMENT
Jordan works with Hyperion’s executive team to lead its sourcing and investment activities. He has played key investment roles in over $6 billion in real estate transactions at world-renowned real estate institutions including Silverstein Properties and SL Green (NYSE: SLG). Jordan has a wide range of experience across asset classes including acquisition and development of cash-flowing and ground-up residential, commercial and office properties, spanning the capital stack as an owner, lender and developer.
At Silverstein, Jordan was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities, and he helped lead Silverstein’s opportunity zone investment activities. At SL Green, Jordan was responsible for underwriting and advising on new development and investment opportunities including investments for SL Green's structured finance platform and other corporate initiatives. Jordan was the lead development analyst for SL Green on One Vanderbilt, its recently completed $3.2 billion, 1.7 million-square-foot state of the art office tower at Grand Central Terminal. At APF Properties, Jordan led the acquisition efforts for 183 Madison Avenue, a 300,000 square foot office and retail property in the heart of Manhattan’s 34th Street retail corridor.
Jordan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Vassar College

SCOTT ALLEN
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Scott works closely with the executive team, helping drive the firm’s investment and development activities. As an architect and real estate development professional Scott provides Hyperion with leadership in design, planning and project execution.
Scott’s experience has ranged from deal sourcing to project execution for projects totaling over 30 million square feet of built work in the U.S. and internationally. He was most recently part of the leadership team and oversaw design and development activity for Seven Valleys, a high-net-worth single-family office of the renowned SOHO China property developers. The office acquired and invested in over $7 billion in assets and development projects across the United States including the famed General Motors building in Midtown, Park Avenue Plaza office tower in Midtown East, and the Disney/ABC Studios at Central Park West among others. Prior to Seven Valleys Scott was a lead designer with Perkins & Will, one of the largest architecture and urban planning firms in the world.

BRIAN BARTCZAK
CONSTRUCTION
Brian is responsible for leading construction for Hyperion projects and has been associated with Hyperion since 2003. Brian was the driving force leading construction of Hyperion’s luxury high-rise projects Blue and MarinaBlue.
Brian is a licensed general contractor with 30 years of construction experience and he provides technical insight and hands-on management from pre-development through completion. His wide range of experience includes the past five years building mid-rise hotels around South Florida. Earlier in his career Brian also led construction of a Ritz-Carlton hotel, as well as low-rise and single family homes.

LISA TOMPKINS
SALES, LEASING AND ASSET MANAGEMENT
Lisa is a 25 year real estate professional with a broad and diverse skill set. As a licensed real estate broker with a keen understanding of Florida markets Lisa is active in development site identification and review. She also plays a key role in value enhancement functions, leading the lease up of Hyperion properties while also overseeing the maintenance and operation of our rental properties and our proprietary residence management platform.
